Kali Hackett MSW, MPH
Kali Hackett (she/her) is a clinical research project manager at PolicyLab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Ms. Hackett is leading a project to leverage the pediatric medical home to improve how the mental health needs of parenting teens are addressed.
Ms. Hackett is a public health social worker with significant experience supporting the behavioral health needs of families. Prior to this role, she managed a home visiting program at Maternity Care Coalition, which provides care coordination and supportive services to infants and families affected by substance use. While completing her graduate studies, Ms. Hackett conducted a qualitative evaluation of a health and wellness program for pregnant and postpartum women who were incarcerated in the Philadelphia County jail. She has also worked with pregnant and parenting women in a substance use disorder treatment program and provided case management and counseling to women experiencing homelessness. Ms. Hackett received her Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
