PolicyLab is Hiring Two Strategists
PolicyLab is hiring two strategists to support our Health Equity and Intergenerational Family Services research collaboratives. The Health Equity Senior Program Lead will be a member of the PolicyLab strategy team and will work closely with the Health Equity Faculty Leads (Kate Yun, Scott Lorch, and Tiffani Johnson) to develop and implement a strategic plan for health equity research, practice and policy. This person will also be a key liaison to ensure effective engagement with external partners integral to our mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have leadership and team building skills with 7-10 years of experience in public health, health equity or non-profit leadership.
The Intergenerational Family Services Strategist, which is a part-time position, will support the development and implementation of programs and policies that support family-centered care in pediatrics, social determinants of health, community-clinical linkages and parenting interventions. This position will also sit on the PolicyLab strategy team and work closely with Intergenerational Family Services core leadership and faculty. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in public health, clinical work, social work or non-profit leadership.
